Company Description
Sea Breeze manufactures and distributes premium beverages on tap throughout the Metro New York–New Jersey area. Since 1925, Sea Breeze provides customized design, installation, and repair of beverage dispensing systems to hospitality, educational, and healthcare facilities. The company also manufactures chocolate syrups, pancake syrups, cocktail mixers, and other flavored syrups for retail and food services distribution across the U.S. and internationally.
Job Description
The Summer Customer Service position is primarily responsible for answering incoming phone calls, directing calls to the appropriate personnel, and assisting customers by taking and entering orders into the system.
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM.
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour.
Qualifications
Pass a drug and background check.
Strong computer proficiency is required, including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet applications. Candidates must have strong typing skills, excellent telephone etiquette, integrity, and the ability to effectively interact with Sea Breeze associates and customers.
