About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with monthly financial reporting for a portfolio of residential properties
  • Support accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Help prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses
  • Maintain and update financial records, spreadsheets, and internal databases
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and general ledger entries
  • Collaborate with property managers to gather financial data and resolve issues
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and process improvement initiatives


Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel 
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
