About the Role

SpecterOps is a cybersecurity solutions and services provider specializing in deep knowledge of adversary tradecraft to help clients detect and defend against sophisticated attackers. We are seeking motivated and curious students or recent graduates to join us for a summer internship.  

Internships at SpecterOps aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. You will partner closely with experienced professionals and be exposed to innovative solutions, research, and tools that will further enhance your knowledge and prepare you to add value as an early career professional. 

This year, the summer internship program will run for 11 weeks, beginning June 1, 2026, through August 14, 2026. Successful candidates must be able to commit for the entire length remotely with in the United States. 

We are inviting a Sales Operations Intern to join our team, where you will directly support our sales teams while partnering cross-functionally with our Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance teams. You’ll be a key player in creating and tracking key performance indicators for the sales teams, assessing sales processes, and supporting the sales team. The ideal candidate has a passion for data analysis, is detail orientated, and can turn data into clear, actionable recommendations. This role reports to the Sr. Manager Sales Operations and regularly partners with sales leadership and sales team.  

Salary Range: $25.00 hourly 

Location: This position is remote, based in the U.S.   

  • Candidate must be authorized to work and reside in the United States; we do not currently sponsor immigration visas.   

What you’ll be doing:   

  • Reporting 
  • Create & maintain reporting in Salesforce and Excel across key performance indicators to track and analyze team performance.  
  • Support recurring leader meetings by maintaining reporting packages, updating content, and tracking action items.  
  • Generate ad hoc analyses of sales performance as requested to assess sales trends, weaknesses, opportunities, and processes.  
  • Sales Team Support 
  • Support day-to-day inquiries from the sales team, providing prompt and efficient resolution across a range of issues.  
  • Drive the onboarding process for new hires on the sales team, to ensure all new hires have the required tools, access, and enablement materials to onboard successfully.  
  • Processes 
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to review current sales processes and workflows to identify friction points, gaps, and improvements.  
  • Sales Tools 
  • Gain experience administrating sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and ZoomInfo. 

Qualifications 

  • Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Graduate degree ineconomics, statistics, math, finance, business management, or related degrees.  
  • Highly proficient in Exceland PowerPoint. 
  • Ability to commit to a 11-week internship (20-30 hours weekly)  
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Nice to haves   

  • Previous exposure tocollaborating with remote teams. 
  • Basic understanding ofsales technology such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.  
  • Interest in technology, SaaS, or professional services industries.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning new tools and processes.
