Job Overview

Impact Advisors is seeking a dynamic and motivated Technology Implementation Intern to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving healthcare transformation through innovative cloud software solutions. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to client success while making a meaningful impact on the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Support team members in ERP implementation activities, including configuration, testing, and documentation.
• Participate in discovery sessions to observe and understand client business processes.
• Assist with data-related tasks such as mapping, cleansing, and validation under guidance.
• Help prepare training materials and documentation for system users.
• Shadow consultants during client meetings and project planning sessions.
• Learn ERP system functionality (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP) and industry best practices.
• Contribute to internal initiatives and team collaboration efforts.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Anticipated Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferred majors: Information Systems, Technology, Business (general)
• Expected Graduation May 2027

Additional Information

• Ability to travel 20% of the time
• Available for 10-week Summer 2026 internship (June through August)

At Impact Advisors, we are committed to transparency and equity in our compensation practices. The compensation for this role is $25 per hour. This range reflects consideration of several factors, including skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs.
