⚙️ What You’ll Do

  • Strategic Partnership: Partner closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to uncover insights and new business opportunities.

  • Exploratory Analysis: Use SQL and Python to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within user behavior and partnership distribution.

  • Experimentation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and run A/B tests, instrumentation, and feature adoption analysis.

  • Metrics & Dashboards: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product-market fit and feature success.

  • Storytelling: Deliver clear and compelling findings to stakeholders to drive business value and product improvements.

💡 What You’ll Bring

  • Education: Currently enrolled in Bachelors, MS or PhD program in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced SQL and Python skills; ability to pull large volumes of data and create visualizations.

  • Analytical Rigor: Sound understanding of statistics, hypothesis testing, and data modeling concepts.

  • Product Sense: A passion for consumer experience and an eye for great user experience.

  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate data-driven recommendations effectively.

  • Mindset: A "can-do" attitude with a desire to go into uncharted territory with bold new ideas.

Standard requirements for all interns

  • Demonstrated interest in Poshmark’s mission, community, or industry

  • Current or rising senior enrolled in an accredited university, or recent college graduate

  • Seniors should expect to graduate between Fall 2026 and Summer 2027

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and curiosity

  • Available to work a M-F 5-day work schedule between 8am-5pm

  • Willing to commute 5x per week to PMHQ in Redwood City, CA
