As a MTB Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for

1.Layout Optimization :

1) Consolidate IE documents/knowledge and convert them into a structured database for AutoCAD/Layout planning support.

2) Configure a department-shared Copilot Agent for AutoCAD layout planning and maintain prompts and checklist. Support to finetune and troubleshooting of AutoCAD error messages.

3) Document governance, ownership, and lifecycle details (knowledge sources, permissions, approval, and maintenance procedures).

2.Capability Requirements :

1) Major in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Engineering, or Information management field.

2) Basic understanding of AutoCAD concepts and skill (Layers, Blocks, Cross reference) and strong willingness to learn IE layout with optimization.

3) Comfortable with SharePoint, Office tools (document structured organization, permissions) and data management.

4) Familiar with A.I. related tools, especially at Python programming and Copilot; experienced in setting up Agents and A.I. model training.

5) Good English communication skills for documentation, prompts, and user guides.
