About the Role
I. OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO
Brindar respuesta a clientes de Tienda H-E-B permitiendo una buena comunicación para resolver problemas de manera rápida y eficaz haciendo satisfacer las necesidades.
II. RESPOSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES
- Brindar respuesta a los clientes que soliciten información, presenten quejas o realicen sugerencias, utilizando los medios de comunicación asignados por el área.
- Captura de respuestas en Salesforce derivadas del registro de encuestas, asegurando que los datos obtenidos se registren correctamente en el sistema.
- Ejecución del proceso de Reconocimiento a Socios de Tienda, que comprende desde la captura de encuestas hasta la entrega de la información al equipo de Productividad.
- Ejecución de un proyecto de mejora para el área de Comunicación con Clientes, el cual le permitirá aplicar sus conocimientos y proponer soluciones innovadoras que optimicen los procesos internos.
III. PERFIL DEL PUESTO
- Licenciatura en: Ciencias de la Información y Comunicación, Mercadotecnia, Administración, Relaciones Internacionales
- Sensibilidad y empatía para entender la necesidad del cliente
- Diseño creativo para transmitir los valores de la empresa
- Redes Sociales
- Buena redacción y ortografía
- Estudiante activo con más de un año pendiente para egresar
- Microsoft Office 365
