Project Title:

Remote Operation Center (ROC) Dashboard Development

Description:

This project focuses on building a ROC dashboard that consolidates real‑time or near real‑time manufacturing and automation data into a centralized view. The dashboard will support engineers and operations in monitoring system health, performance, and trends.

Scope:

• Design and build a ROC dashboard for real-time monitoring of equipment and system status
• Integrate data sources (e.g. equipment status, alarms, downtime, delivery metrics) into the dashboard
• Develop visualization components such as trends, KPIs, and pareto charts for operational monitoring

Supporting Team:

• FASM Team
• Engineering Team
• Operation Team

Deliverables:

• Able to build an interactive ROC dashboard
• Able to integrate real-time or near real-time data into the dashboard
• Able to visualize key operational KPIs and system status clearly

Stretch Goal:

• Enhance dashboard with alerting or drill‑down capability
• Perform downtime / error pareto analysis using dashboard data
• Propose improvement opportunities based on ROC insights

Requirement:

• Background in Engineering/Computer Science in software or programming
