Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Assist international transportation service provider invoices verification
• Submit invoices for CAT finance AP shared service process
• Capture monthly transportation volume and spend data for team reporting
• Assist communication with CAT global transportation peers within AP region. China, Singapore, Australia, Japan
• Other interim support if needed

Required Qualifications:

• 3~5 days attendance per week
• Knowledge of Transportation, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, IT etc.
• Effectively communication and analytical skills.
• PC skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI etc.,
• English skills in writing and speaking
• Willingness to work within multicultural environment within CAT global teams in region.

Desired Qualifications:

• PC skills in data analysis via Excel tools
