About the Role

Your tasks

You are a creative university student with a great sense of aesthetics and attention to detail, looking for a way to gain valuable experiences alongside your studies? Amazing, we have the perfect opportunity for you! As a Working Student (m/f/d) in the field of packaging design, you will work alongside skilled designers to further improve the quality of KoRo’s product packaging. Your tasks will include:

  • Creating concepts for the design of new products, other POS materials, and mocking them up
  • Creating layouts for new products, extensions of existing ones, and preparing files for print
  • Making adjustments to existing designs
  • Using established workflows for the creation of product mock-ups
  • Leveraging our design system and working closely with the team to efficiently execute tasks while ensuring strong brand consistency 


Your profile

  • You are currently enrolled in a university, ideally studying in a design-related field. (Please note that as a working student, you have to be enrolled)
  • Ideally, you have already gained some first experience in (packaging) design, e.g., through an internship or working student position.
  • You have excellent English skills.
  • Ideally, you live in Berlin to regularly come to our office in Schöneberg. However, this is not a must – 100 % remote work is also possible.
  • You have experience in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and ideally in InDesign and AI. (Note: we do not expect you to be proficient in these tools – the most important thing is that you are excited to learn and develop your skills!)
  • You are interested in layout and artwork, food/product retouches, and mock-ups.
  • You are organized and reliable, show a hands-on approach, and have an ability to quickly familiarize with new tasks and topics.

Your salary: 15.00 € per hour during Bachelor's studies/ 17.00 € per hour for during Master's studies or with completed vocational training.
