About the Role

 

Basé(e) sur notre siège France à Elancourt (78) et rattaché(e) à la Responsable RH France & Pays-Bas, vous intervenez sur des missions RH diversifiées dans un contexte international et multiculturel.

A ce titre, vos missions sont les suivantes :

  • Participer aux recrutements de la filiale France (rédaction et diffusion des offres, sourcing, entretiens, etc)
  • Contribuer au développement d’une marque employeur dynamique et attractive pour AMETEK
  • Participer aux actions de communication internes (mise à jour de l’organigramme et de l’intranet, rédaction de documents et communication, organisation d’évènements, etc)
  • Promouvoir la marque employeur d’AMETEK
  • Déployer le plan de formation France (définition des besoins collaborateurs, organisation logistique des formations, lien avec les organismes,…)
  • Contribuer à la mise à jour de nos SIRH internes
  • Participer au différents projets RH en fonction des priorités et besoins annuels (création de guides collaborateurs, formalisation de processus, mise à jour de politiques, etc)
  • En fonction des besoins, vous pouvez être amené(e) à apporter votre support à l’équipe italienne sur des sujets RH

 

Profil recherché :

  • Vous êtes à la recherche d’une alternance de niveau bac +3/5 dans le domaine des ressources humaines pour septembre 2026
  • Vous justifiez d’une première expérience sur des missions généralistes ou développement RH (stage ou alternance)
  • Vos qualités relationnelles se complètent d’excellentes compétences en rédaction
  • Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et proactif(ve)
  • Votre anglais vous permet d’échanger à l’oral et à l’écrit avec des interlocuteurs internationaux
  • Vous maitrisez le pack office et vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques
