Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Contribute to ongoing HR projects and initiatives
- Assist in preparing and delivering weekly HR reports
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed
- Ensure accurate digital organization of HR documentation, including consistent and clear file naming
- Use document management software (e.g., SharePoint) for securely uploading, downloading, and sharing files
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (required)
- No prior experience required – a strong interest in HR and eagerness to learn is essential
- Professional level of English proficiency
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with digital document management systems (e.g., SharePoint or company-specific tools)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
