We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented intern to support the upcoming T24 Core Banking System upgrade. The intern will play a key role in strengthening the quality of our User Acceptance Testing (UAT) preparation by helping document, refine, and structure business test cases across multiple banking domains.

This internship offers hands on exposure to real banking processes, cross functional collaboration, and modern testing frameworks (JIRA / XRAY), making it an excellent opportunity for students interested in digital banking, business analysis, and IT transformation.

YOUR CHALLENGE

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with business stakeholders to collect and document business test cases for the T24 upgrade

• Ensure completeness and clarity of test documentation, with a focus on integration scenarios across systems

• Collaborate with Requirements Engineers (REs) to validate the quality and coverage of documented test cases

• Participate in regular review sessions to refine test cases and incorporate feedback from IT and business teams

• Support continuous improvement of the test case library by leveraging knowledge and materials

• Translate business input into structured XRAY test case format within the relevant tools

What You Will Learn:

• Deep insight into core banking processes, channels, and end‑to‑end workflows

• How large‑scale system upgrades are planned and executed in a regulated environment

• Best practices in test case design, quality assurance, and business analysis

• Practical experience with JIRA and XRAY, widely used tools in modern agile and testing ecosystems

• Cross-functional collaboration with business units, testing teams, and IT analysts

YOUR PROFILE

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or master’s program (e.g., Business, IT, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or related fields)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to structure information clearly and pay attention to detail
• Interest in banking processes, digital transformation, or test management
• Proactive, curious, and comfortable interacting with various stakeholders

(No prior T24, JIRA, or XRAY experience required; training will be provided.)
