We are looking for an Intern to support our Events Team in Berlin for a period of 3 or 6 months (voluntary or mandatory internship). In this role you will work on a wide range of projects across fashion, lifestyle and cultural partners, supporting the development and execution of events and experiences as part of our HS+ agency offering. From initial concepts to on-site delivery, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to help bring culturally relevant ideas to life.
YOUR MISSION:
Support the production of impactful experiences for our audience as well as fashion and lifestyle clients across key markets
Help ensure all events are delivered on time, within scope, creative direction, and budget
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including creative, strategy, talent, account management, and editorial
Support research across trends, culture, and relevant industries to inform creative and production approaches
Assist with budgeting, travel planning, and general organisational and administrative tasks
Support the creation of case study decks and internal documentation
Gain hands-on experience across all stages of event production, with the opportunity to learn, grow, and gradually take on more responsibility within the team
YOUR SKILLS:
Currently enrolled in a university program and looking for a full time mandatory (6 months) or voluntary internship (3 months)
Students majoring in marketing, event, cultural studies or a similar field are an advantage
Knowledge and first experiences in the cultural, music and event sphere are a plus
Energetic and can-do attitude, with a hands-on mentality and ability to get things done
Able to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English is a must, German is a plus
Based in Berlin
Driver’s license is a plus
