About The Company
DiBella’s began in 1918 as a corner grocery store located in Rochester, NY. The small family-run business operated successfully for many years, focusing on providing quality and value consistently. Gradually, DiBella’s evolved into an Italian import store and deli, specializing in serving its customers high quality cold cuts, cheeses and olives. In the last decade, we have opened 45 more DiBella’s locations in Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse, Ithaca and Albany, NY; Milford, CT Pittsburgh, PA; Ann Arbor, Troy and Auburn Hills, MI; as well as Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, and Dayton, OH.As our business expands, we continue to offer old-fashioned quality and value, just as the DiBella’s did back in 1918. Our business has become what we are today, because each one of our managers takes pride and ownership in DiBella’s. Our success is reflected in the cleanliness of our restaurants; we provide a unique casual atmosphere, reminiscent of a 1940’s NY style corner sandwich shop. About the Role
Description
What You’ll Do
- Create scroll stopping content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and more
- Visit DiBella’s restaurants to film food, guests, team members, and behind the scenes content
- Shoot and edit short form videos that fit today’s social trends
- Plan and schedule all organic social content
- Respond to followers and engage with guests online in the DiBella’s voice
- Brainstorm fresh ideas to make our content better, stronger, and more creative
- Help build a smarter strategy behind what we post and why
Requirements
What You Need
- Strong video shooting and editing skills
- A deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Reels, trends, and internet culture
- Big creative energy and lots of ideas
- Confidence talking to people and filming in public
- Great instincts for what content performs online
- Ability to take initiative and own projects
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Bonus Points If
- You run your own successful social account
- You have photography or design experience
- You already have a portfolio of content work
