Job Description

Support of managing, regulating, and supervising construction processes, from the pre-construction phase, track deliverables during the construction phase, evaluate project delivery, and close out at the end of the initiative. 

  • Support project managers with planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities.
  • Assist in preparing project documents, including schedules, budgets, reports, and meeting notes.
  • Participate in on‑site walkthroughs to observe construction progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Help track project milestones and update progress logs and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and cross‑functional teams to gather information and resolve minor issues.
  • Assist with reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and change orders.
  • Support procurement activities such as obtaining quotes, verifying deliveries, and maintaining material logs.
  • Attend project meetings and help document action items and follow‑ups.
  • Conduct basic research to support design options, cost estimates, or project planning needs.
  • Learn and apply construction management tools, software, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Construction, Project Management or equivalent 
  • The tenacity and drive to inject value and create solutions. 
  • Develops good working relationships with project team. 
  • Good organization skills, ability to multi-task, and be a team player.  
  • Excellent communication skills.
