Job Description
Support of managing, regulating, and supervising construction processes, from the pre-construction phase, track deliverables during the construction phase, evaluate project delivery, and close out at the end of the initiative.
- Support project managers with planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities.
- Assist in preparing project documents, including schedules, budgets, reports, and meeting notes.
- Participate in on‑site walkthroughs to observe construction progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Help track project milestones and update progress logs and dashboards.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and cross‑functional teams to gather information and resolve minor issues.
- Assist with reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and change orders.
- Support procurement activities such as obtaining quotes, verifying deliveries, and maintaining material logs.
- Attend project meetings and help document action items and follow‑ups.
- Conduct basic research to support design options, cost estimates, or project planning needs.
- Learn and apply construction management tools, software, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Construction, Project Management or equivalent
- The tenacity and drive to inject value and create solutions.
- Develops good working relationships with project team.
- Good organization skills, ability to multi-task, and be a team player.
- Excellent communication skills.
