Your Key Responsibilities

  • 岗位职责：

    1. 收集各个项目团队系统需求、架构开发以及控制面板，支持业务部门进行质量规划及过程跟进；
    2. 支持业务部门全生命周期开发工具、AI优化以及面板等报表搭建；
    3. 跟踪并汇报项目进度、质量、风险等进展情况，并协助解决出现的问题。

    任职要求：

    1. 本科或研究生在读，车辆工程、计算机类、自动化类、电气工程等相关专业；
    2. 熟练使用MS office软件，善于总结，投递简历以PPT格式提交；
    3. 具备一门编程语言、动画视频编辑优先；
    4. 任职学生干部，有组织社团或学校活动经验；
    5. 实习时间至少6个月，能实习半年以上者优先，每周出勤3-4天；
    6. 较强的沟通能力、协调能力、解决问题的能力，有风险意识，团队合作意识；
    7. 责任心强，工作认真细致，积极主动，能承受工作压力。
