Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating a clear end-to-end process map for project planning and timeline management.
  • Define roles and responsibilities across the process, including ownership and handover points.
  • Support project planning and timeline management for process mapping activities.
  • Conduct current-state (AS-IS) and future-state (TO-BE) process mapping.
  • Help with system/process testing and refinement using sample projects (where applicable).
  • Support system implementation activities (e.g., templates, user guide preparation) and contribute to final documentation.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to capture pain points, gather requirements, and support alignment.
  • Help prepare demos and final presentations summarizing key learnings, benefits, and recommendations.
