About the Role

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment and develop practical skills in information technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide basic technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems
  • Support troubleshooting and resolving IT-related problems
  • Help manage and maintain databases, systems, and IT documentation
  • Assist in monitoring system performance and ensuring security protocols are followed
  • Perform any other IT-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor


Requirements


  • Currently pursuing a BS in Computer Science (BSCS) or a related field (preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with MS Office and common software applications
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

  • Duration: 3 months (can be extended based on performance)
  • Working Hours: 9 hours per day
