Job Description

  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process for interns, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
  2. Create and maintain In/Out reports for interns, tracking their start and end dates
  3. Collaborate with users to understand internship requirements and align candidate profiles with business needs
  4. Ensure smooth onboarding for new interns, providing necessary orientation and resources
  5. Prepare and support the signing of internship contracts, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed
  6. Manage and regularly update the intern database
  7. Support hiring for permanent positions as needed
  8. Provide support for various administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related fields
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing intern data and documentation
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and administrative functions
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
  • Experience in human resources or recruitment is a plus
