What awaits you?

  • Administering HR documents required by labor law with timely accuracy.
  • Supporting regular tasks related to payroll and HR reporting.
  • Administering and communicating with employees about available benefits.
  • Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases with reliable information.
  • Supporting the recruitment process, including job ad publication and interviews.
  • Assisting in employer branding activities.
  • Supporting various HR projects.

 

What should you bring along?

  • Being a student with at least one year of study remaining.
  • Availability for 35-40 hours per week, with flexibility to fit your study schedule.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in Polish and good practical knowledge of English.
