About the Role

Am Standort Wolfertschwenden suchen wir dich für unseren Geschäftsbereich Corporate Quality Management:

Startdatum: ab sofort/ Wintersemester 2026/2027

Deine Aufgaben

  • Aufnahme und Analyse des bestehenden Reklamationsablaufs
  • Dokumentation der Ist-Prozesse
  • Identifikation von Schnittstellen, Medienbrüchen und Verbesserungspotenzialen
  • Durchführung von Interviews mit relevanten Fachabteilungen
  • Erarbeitung von Vorschlägen für ein neues Reklamationskonzept (zentral vs. dezentral)
  • Bewertung möglicher zukünftiger Prozessmodelle
  • Unterstützung bei der Implementierung kleiner Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Erstellung von Präsentationen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management

 

Dein Profil

  • Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Betriebswirtschaft, Qualitätsmanagement oder vergleichbar
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und Interesse an Prozessoptimierung
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Qualitätsmanagement von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Kommunikationsstark und offen im Umgang mit verschiedenen Abteilungen
