Deine Aufgaben

  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung digitaler Lerninhalte für die unternehmensinterne Lernplattform MLS
  • Konzeption und Aufbereitung grundlegender Lernmodule, insbesondere in den Bereichen Mathematik und Physik
  • Entwicklung von Kursen in unterschiedlichen Ausprägungen und Schwierigkeitsgraden
  • Erstellung von Aufgaben, Übungen und Quiz zur Wissensvertiefung
  • Didaktisch strukturierte und verständliche Aufbereitung der Lerninhalte
  • Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kurse und Lernpfade

 

Dein Profil

  • Studium im Bereich Technische Pädagogik, MINT‑Lehramt oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Interesse an Didaktik, Wissensvermittlung und digitalen Lernformaten
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools; Erfahrung mit Lernplattformen oder E‑Learning‑Systemen von Vorteil
  • Erste Erfahrungen in der Erstellung von Lernmaterialien oder digitalen Lerninhalten wünschenswert
  • Pädagogisches Grundverständnis und Freude an der verständlichen Aufbereitung von Fachinhalten
  • Interesse an modernen Lernkonzepten und digitalen Bildungsformaten
