Job Description

As our working student in the HR Talent Management team, you will get to know two interesting areas: work with our Learning Management System “Learning Lab” and join in Talent Management projects to shape the learning experience for our colleagues at Brainlab. 

It will be a mixture between supporting Learning & Development concepts and their technical implementation in the system and tasks and projects in the daily running of Learning & Development.  

Your tasks will include: 

  • Support the maintenance of the Learning Management System “Learning Lab” to  improve the user experience of the platform and create courses
  • Support in the training organization of our diverse development offerings, e.g. People skills trainings, language courses, the Brainlab Leadership Program Support personnel development projects

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled student of (Business) Psychology, , Economics or other technical or education related program 
  • Fluent written and spoken English communication skills, German a plus 
  • High affinity for digital systems/platforms 
  • Ideally available for 6+ months
