Deine Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung im Personalmanagement für definierte Unternehmensbereiche
- Operative Unterstützung und Bearbeitung bei der Umsetzung und Koordination von verschiedenen Personalprozessen und Korrespondenzen
- Administrative Tätigkeiten wie Bearbeitung der Post, Terminkoordination und Verwaltung von Zutrittsausweisen (Ausweiserstellung, - tausch)
- Entgegennahme von Anfragen der Mitarbeiter-/innen
- Datenpflege & Datenaufbereitung in Excel
- Mitarbeit im Bewerbermanagement, unter anderem durch die Übernahme der Korrespondenz und Terminkoordination mit Bewerbern
Deine Qualifikationen:
- Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsrecht mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation
- Idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen im Personalmanagement
- Guter Umgang mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hohes Engagement, Selbstständigkeit sowie eine ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung
