This internship is a hands‑on opportunity where you’ll work alongside experienced professionals, get exposure to meaningful projects, and see how your work makes a difference from day one.
This exciting opportunity within communications will be for 8 weeks, starting on the 29th June 2026 - 21st August 2026, and will be based in the Dublin office.
How you'll make an impact:
To support the creation and project management of a UK campaign showcasing our projects and people, working to deliver the campaign deadlines.
To produce assets and compelling narrative, including digital (videos/images), which highlight who we are and what we do at Hitachi Energy in the UK.
To work across the organisation with UK ambassadors and project leads to ensure they are actively working to support the campaign in their Business Units.
Communicate effectively across multiple areas.
Background:
We welcome applications from students studying any subject who have a strong interest in communications and storytelling. You don’t need a specific degree — we’re looking for curiosity, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.
Ability to write clear, engaging content for emails, websites, newsletters, and social media.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; awareness of tools like Canva or Adobe is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Brings fresh ideas and a willingness to experiment.
