How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?


 

La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno della Direzione QHSE Italia, operando in un contesto dinamico e internazionale. Il Dipartimento QHSE assicura il mantenimento dei massimi standard di sicurezza e qualità a livello locale e globale. Riportando direttamente al QHSE Director, la risorsa condurrà attività di analisi e integrazione delle procedure tecniche,al fine di ottimizzare il sistema di gestione aziendale e garantire la piena implementazione dei requisiti tecnici definiti dal Gruppo a livello internazionale, acquisendo esperienza pratica attraverso visite operative presso i siti produttivi.


 

La risorsa supporterà la direzione nelle seguenti attività:

  • Mappare e analizzare i requisiti contenuti nelle procedure e negli standard tecnici di Gruppo, in ambito QHSE e Process Safety.

  • Verificare la coerenza dei documenti esistenti e lavorare all’ottimizzazione delle procedure locali per migliorare l'efficienza del sistema di gestione.

  • Analizzare dati e documenti utilizzando strumenti informatici avanzati come Gemini, Notebook LM e LookerStudio.

  • Partecipare attivamente alle visite presso i nostri stabilimenti produttivi per comprendere l'applicazione pratica delle normative.

  • Relazione con un ampio network di stakeholder nazionali e internazionali, acquisendo progressiva autonomia nella gestione delle attività.


 

Are you a MATCH?


 

  • Istruzione: Laurea triennale o magistrale in Ingegneria della Prevenzione e della Sicurezza, Ingegneria Chimica e dei Materiali, Ingegneria Meccanica, Ingegneria Gestionale o percorsi accademici affini. La pregressa conoscenza teorica dei sistemi di gestione della sicurezza costituisce un titolo preferenziale.

  • Competenze IT: Solida conoscenza del pacchetto Office / Google Suite. Forte predisposizione all'utilizzo di strumenti digitali e di analisi dati (es. Gemini, Notebook LM, LookerStudio).

  • Conoscenze linguistiche: inglese fluente (scritto e parlato)
