Job Description & Summary

Your mission:  A career in our Corporate Finance practice, within Deals Corporate Finance services, will provide you the opportunity to deliver innovative deal solutions to our clients, provide advice and support, from initiation through to deal completion. In short, we’re a part of helping some of the world’s leading companies across industries originate, create, execute, measure and realise value from deals. Through data driven insights we help our clients move in the right direction to ensure maximum value for their company. 
 
Our team focuses on playing the role of lead financial advisers in sell-side and buy-side transactions as well as in valuing portfolios of hard-to-value assets, such as infrastructure, private equity and venture capital investments. 

Our Corporate Finance department comprises a team of talented professionals coming from various horizons including Investment Banks, Private Asset Managers and Audit firms with the same passion for delivering to our clients a wide range of Financial Advisory Services. 

These Services include: 

  • M&A Advisory (buy side, sell side...) 

  • Transaction Services (financial due diligences in the context of M&A transactions) 

  • Valuation & Modelling (portfolio valuation, intangibles valuation, business valuation, complex securities, business modeling, fairness opinions and ad hoc, specific assignments...) 

 

Be a part of our team where you will:  

  • actively participate in the execution of all type of engagements within the scope of the Corporate Finance department and more specifically production of client reports; 

  • undertake of researches and assistance to prepare pitchbooks; 

  • strongly contribute to our “market-watch” activity. 

 

 

Let’s talk about you. If you have/are 

  • completing your last year of Master (Bac+5) in Finance or Economy in a Tier 1 business/engineering school or university;   

  • looking for a minimum of 6 month internship as from September; 

  • ideally, a previous internship in an M&A boutique, transaction services team,  valuation advisor, corporate development department or audit firm; 

  • superior analytical skills and are reliable; 

  • highly motivated  to further develop practical knowledge in Corporate Finance; 

  • a solid knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint; 

  • excellent English and French and/or German communication skills, both orally and in writing; 

  • a good team player, with an energetic personality, and you are able to demonstrate the ability to work under pressure.

  • Technical interview with two managers from the team 

  • Case study to be completed online 

  • Final interview with two directors, if relevant.
