Job Description:

About the role
The selected candidate will join Ferrovial’s Corporate Learning & Development (L&D) team, supporting the design, delivery and continuous improvement of learning initiatives that help our employees reach their full potential. The role involves collaborating on program design, content production, logistics for trainings and events, stakeholder coordination, and the measurement of learning impact.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and management of learning initiatives, using different channels and methodologies (online, blended learning, gamification, collaborative tools, conferences…), tailored to specific needs, target audience, region, function, etc.
  • Support the entire process of organizing and logistics for events and in-person training, including project management and communication: invitations, follow-up calls, reminders, etc.
  • Provide support in the production and development of innovative training content aligned with business priorities.
  • Assist in reviewing and optimizing the current training offer. Participate in the design and updating of current training catalogs, presentations, and communication pieces.
  • Help work with external partners and HR business partners to generate learning and development actions related to critical talent segments in the Company.
  • Assist in tracking the implemented programs and actions (creating surveys, collecting results, and drawing conclusions) to ensure the effectiveness, applicability, and greater impact of learning and development initiatives

Requirements

  • University Degree
  • High level of English
  • High level of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in the HR department of a multinational company is valuable
  • Analytical and data-driven person
