Compensation: CZK 250 / hour

About the Role:
Our Partner Sales team consistently outperforms its targets, working with one of the largest pan‑European online retail partners. We operate across multiple countries, driving growth for Gen’s leading consumer cyber safety and identity protection products.
The team owns the full end‑to‑end partner relationship — from negotiating ranging and commercials, to optimising onsite visibility and content, and becoming true experts in the partner’s vendor platforms and tools. Because of the scale of the partner, cross‑market exposure, and commercial impact, this is a high‑profile and highly sought‑after team within Gen’s Partnerships & Alliances organisation.

Role Overview
As a Partner Sales Intern, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in how Norton security subscriptions are sold through major e‑tail and marketplace partners across Europe (a B2B2C model), including partners such as Amazon.
This internship supports the Partner Sales Managers and Directors responsible for complex, high‑revenue accounts. You’ll help with day‑to‑day partner activity, learn how retail promotions convert into customer acquisition and renewals, and see how commercial, marketing, and operational teams work together to grow subscription revenue at scale.
You’ll work closely with the European Partner Sales team, collaborating across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Partner Sales Managers and Directors in the day‑to‑day management of key e‑tail and online retail partners
Assist with sales reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking
Support promotion planning, pricing checks, and product listings to ensure Norton subscriptions are correctly positioned
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, finance, operations, customer support) to support partner campaigns and initiatives
Prepare presentations and summary reports for internal and partner meetings
Conduct market and competitor research across European e‑tail channels (pricing, positioning, trends)
About you:
You’re interested in sales, e‑commerce, and partner management, comfortable working with numbers and basic analysis, and keen to see how large, multi‑country retail accounts are run in practice. You communicate clearly, enjoy working with people across different countries, and bring an organised, curious and proactive mindset with good attention to detail and follow‑through.
Education:
Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, Economics, Management, or a related field
Other fields of study considered if there is a clear interest in sales and e‑commerce
Experience:
Previous internship or part‑time experience in sales, e‑commerce, or account management is a plus, but not essential
Skills:
Strong interest in sales, account management, e‑commerce, or business development
Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and basic analysis (Excel / Google Sheets)
Clear communicator with confidence working across teams in different European countries
Personal Attributes:
Organised, curious, and proactive
Good attention to detail and follow‑through
