About the Role
  • Support the RF validation team (ISO/IEC, NFC Forum, EMVCo) with test automation activities
  • Enhance contactless test systems with a focus on execution speed and extended functionality
  • Extend existing tools by implementing advanced debugging features
  • Validate and verify contactless test systems

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Telematics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Informatics, or a comparable field
  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Programming experience in C# and Python is an asset
  • Knowledge of NFC standards (ISO/IEC 14443, ISO/IEC 10373-6, NFC Forum) is an advantage
  • Basic understanding of RF measurement equipment (e.g., oscilloscope, network analyzer) is a plus
  • Well-organized with a precise and structured working style
  • Availability of at least 12 hours per week

Please note: The successful candidate may/will be responsible for security related tasks. The assignment may/will be in scope of security certifications, therefore a conscious and reliable way of working is necessary.

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 2.800- gross/month for full-time equivalent at NXP Austria.
