About the program:

Haleon Pakistan’s internship program provides hands-on experiences for those looking to gain experience from the world’s first, truly global, standalone consumer health company. Bring your ideas, experience, energy, and your ambition. Help shape the future of everyday health – for millions.

Program Duration: 8 weeks (Tentatively Starting from 1st June 2026)

Locations: Jamshoro Main SITE

We are offering internships in the following departments:

Engineering: This project provides hands‑on exposure to infrastructure upgrades, including electrical systems, chillers, and boilers. You will support project planning, contractor safety processes (CSP), and intrusion planning as part of site execution activities.

Environment, Health & Safety: This project involves supporting the launch, implementation, and sustainment of the Global SafeStart Program—a human factors–based safety initiative designed to reduce human error and prevent incidents. You will support program rollout in line with global standards and help ensure long‑term adoption.

Operational Excellence: This opportunity offers hands‑on exposure to Continuous Improvement initiatives. You will work on real manufacturing excellence projects, including process mapping to improve changeovers and production efficiency.

Quality: This assignment offers hands‑on exposure to Quality Control in a GMP environment. You will support in‑process quality checks, analytical documentation, and data integrity activities by closely working with QC teams to assist with laboratory readiness, trend analysis, and routine quality system tasks.

Capital Projects: You will support project governance by tracking CAPEX spend against approved budgets and preparing weekly project progress reports and action trackers to ensure timely execution and clear visibility of deliverables.

Supply Chain: This assignment offers hands‑on exposure to production planning by supporting scheduling, material availability tracking, and performance analysis. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align demand, capacity, and inventory while contributing to continuous improvement in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Administration: You will gain practical experience in site governance, documentation standards, and cross‑functional coordination within a manufacturing environment.

Candidate Profile:

• Students currently pursuing Bachelor’s in Engineering, Management Sciences, Chemistry, Pharm-D, or related field with a minimum of three years of undergraduate.

• Strong academic background with a keen interest in learning and professional growth

• Curious, proactive, and solution‑oriented mindset

• Proficient in MS Office applications
