About the program:

Haleon Pakistan’s internship program provides hands-on experiences for those looking to gain experience from the world’s first, truly global, standalone consumer health company. Bring your ideas, experience, energy, and your ambition. Help shape the future of everyday health – for millions.

Program Duration: 8 weeks (Tentatively starting from 1st June 2026)

Locations: Karachi Head Office, Lahore Regional Office

We are offering internships in the following departments:

Marketing:
This project offers the opportunity to work closely with Brand Managers on on‑ground and BTL campaigns that build strong consumer connections. You will support key brands like CaC and Sensodyne through summer‑led and in‑store activations to drive trial, recruitment, and shelf conversion.

Legal:
This assignment provides hands‑on exposure to regulatory compliance, board governance, and litigation within a listed multinational company environment.

Corporate Affairs:
This project allows you to play a key support role in Haleon Pakistan’s Self‑Care Campaign through stakeholder engagement, digital and on‑ground activations, and media initiatives. It offers practical exposure to corporate communications, public affairs, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Commercial Excellence:
This project focuses on evaluating past promotional initiatives to generate actionable insights that support future strategy and senior management decision‑making.

Field Sales:
This opportunity involves analysing channel sales performance using defined KPIs and supporting execution through regular market visits. You will work closely with field teams across assigned territories in Lahore, with readiness for on‑groundwork.

Candidate Profile:

• Students currently pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, Media Sciences and Law with a minimum of three years of undergraduate and/or minimum one year of graduate study completed.

• Strong academic background with a keen interest in learning and professional growth

• Curious, proactive, and solution‑oriented mindset

• Proficient in MS Office applications
