About This Role:
- Administrative & Operational Support: Provide reliable assistance with daily administrative tasks and departmental operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow in a healthcare setting.
- Project-Based Contributions: Support departmental projects through data collection, analysis, documentation, process improvement, and reporting, contributing to organizational growth and improved patient care.
- Collaboration & Team Engagement: Participate in team meetings, trainings, and planning sessions to gain insight into healthcare operations and contribute to cross-departmental initiatives that impact the community. Organization & Systems Support:
Complete scheduling, reporting, file organization, system entry, and documentation with accuracy, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence. - Research & Communication Support: Assist with research, presentation preparation, and internal communication efforts that promote knowledge sharing and team alignment.
- Professionalism & Learning Mindset: Demonstrate strong professionalism, reliability, initiative, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced healthcare administrative environment.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an undergraduate or graduate program in Business, Public Health, Health Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Prior work or volunteer experience in an office, healthcare, or nonprofit setting is helpful but not required
