About the Program

Are you ready to kick-start your career in Agile delivery? Our Graduate Program offers an exciting opportunity for motivated graduates to develop into professional Scrum Masters. This structured program provides hands-on experience, training, and mentorship to help you grow into a key role supporting our Agile teams.

We are looking for fluent German-speaking graduates who are passionate about Agile methodologies and eager to facilitate high-performing teams in a collaborative, international environment.

Your Responsibilities 

  • Facilitate and support Agile Scrum teams in delivering high-value products. 

  • Guide the team on Agile/Scrum principles and practices to maximize value delivery. 

  • Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives. 

  • Support the Product Owner in maintaining a clear, prioritized product backlog. 

  • Remove impediments to team progress and foster a culture of continuous improvement. 

  • Track and communicate team performance metrics to identify areas for growth. 

  • Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to promote Agile best practices across the organization. 

  • Contribute to building a positive team environment that supports openness, respect, and accountability. 

 

Your Profile 

  • Recently graduated (or final year) in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field. 

  • Strong interest in Agile frameworks, especially Scrum and Scaled Agile. 

  • Fluent German and English communication skills. 

  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills. 

  • Proactive, organized, and eager to learn. 

  • Team player mindset with a passion for fostering collaboration. 

  • Previous experience with Agile (internships, university projects, or certifications) is a plus.
