Main responsibilities(담당업무):

  • Assist in preparing local Pricing & Reimbursement dossiers and strategic payer responses by crafting compelling value narratives with supporting evidence

  • Conduct systematic literature reviews and evidence research to build robust data foundation for market access activities 

  • Assist in developing budget impact analyses and health-economic models (e.g., CEA) for local reimbursement strategies

  • Contribute to developing high-impact Market Access deliverables, including payer presentation slides and internal briefing documents

  • Support the development of New Product Planning (NPP) and launch strategy roadmap for early pipelines

  • Monitor healthcare policy changes and the competitive landscape to support strategic decision-making

  • Analyze local and global HTA (Health Technology Assessment) reports to track payer insights and identify key reimbursement drivers

About You

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Public Health, Health Economics, or Statistics(약학, 약물경제학, 보건대학원, 통계학 등 관련 분야 전공자 우대) 

  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required in a global environment.

  • Demonstrates passion for the healthcare industry

  • Possesses strong strategic thinking skills

  • Digitally fluent

  • Shows learning agility and a growth mindset

  • Preferred Experience: Prior experience or academic exposure to Health Technology Assessment (HTA), Health-economic modelling or data analysis(의약품 경제성평가 프로젝트 혹은 데이터 분석 경험자 우대)
