Main responsibilities(담당 업무):

  • Conduct market dynamic analysis and competitor/insight research to support pre-launch preparation for Hemophilia products.
  • Assist in developing content strategy and localizing key strategic materials — including messaging, promotional collaterals, and training resources.
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategy planning, including customer segmentation, persona adaptation, stakeholder mapping, and tactical planning.
  • Support execution excellence through KPI setting, dashboard and report preparation, and cross-functional coordination.

About you

  • Preferred field of study (not mandatory): Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences/Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or Data Analytics  
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required in a global environment.
  • Demonstrates passion for the healthcare industry
  • Possesses strong strategic thinking skills
  • Digitally fluent
  • Shows learning agility and a growth mindset
