We are looking for a motivated Finance Intern to support our Contract & Claims Management team, assisting with contract documentation, compliance checks, and claims verification while gaining hands-on experience in financial operations. What you’ll be doing

•    Support compliance with internal and statutory stamping requirements to avoid penalties and delays. 
•    Manage and track contract documentation (stamping, scanning, filing) in line with company policies and audit requirements. 
•    Review contracts for completeness and accuracy (e.g., signed pages, correct versions, attachments) before submission via the MyTax e-Stamping portal. 
•    Verify discount (“T-DIS”) requests against contract records to ensure accuracy and prevent duplicate discounts. 
•    Check distributor claims before reimbursement, ensuring all supporting documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies.

Requirements:

•    Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in finance related fields.
•    Excellent command of written and spoken English.
•    Good communication skills, with the ability to present complex information and analysis clearly and concisely.
•    Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build networks and communicate with employees at all levels across departments.
•    Organized, detail-oriented and with strong problem-solving abilities.
•    Able to commit to a 3-months internship.
