Founders Associate Intern - Special Projects (m/f/d)

Please note that for this role, C2 German proficiency is required. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Berlin.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate directly with the co-founders and senior team on new digital SaaS products.

• Working hands on to gather informations from the customers and our market.

• Build dashboards and analyze performance data and product usage to uncover trends, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities.

• Help improve cross-team alignment - e.g. by creating playbooks, or coordinating knowledge-sharing between departments.

• Studying at a top university with strong entrepreneurial focus.

• Be hands on.

• Fluent in English, with C2 level in German.

• Experience in a startup environment.

• Curiosity about how tech, operations, and business strategy come together in high-growth companies.

• Structured thinker who’s not afraid to get into the details, run the numbers, and execute fast.

• Eager to invest time beyond standard hours.

• Available for a 4-6 month internship in our Berlin office.
