About the Role
1. Visitor Management
- Support on-site and exhibition hall visitor reception and guidance as needed, ensuring a smooth experience for internal and external visitors.
- Help compile and analyze monthly visitor data and prepare simple summary reports for the team.
- Support quarterly family day activities.
- Support exhibition hall maintenance.

2. Building & Space Management
- Assist in the daily management of office and facility spaces, including space allocation, desk booking, and facility usage tracking.
- Support the coordination of minor maintenance requests and facility related issues, acting as a liaison between employees and the operations team.
- Help organize and update facility-related documents, such as space layout plans and asset lists.
- Participate in regular facility walkthroughs to identify and report potential issues or improvement opportunities.
- Verify monthly bills, such as water, Courier, and daily consumables and so on.
- Inventory management and procurement of daily supplies and stationery.
- Manage the meeting room and assist set up.
