Job Description

  • End-to-End Sales Support: Take ownership of the entire sales process, from order reception to maintaining customer relationships, and managing invoicing procedures.
  • Customer Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with our valued customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Dynamic Responsibilities: Manage the scheduling of our in-house drivers, ensuring timely deliveries and optimal resource allocation.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and executing company events, contributing to their success and impact.
  • Responsive Communication: Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally, including providing quotations and addressing any concerns.
  • Professional Development: Gain valuable hands-on experience in sales administration and business operations, with opportunities for mentorship and growth.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a 3rd or 4th year college student from Marketing, Business Administration, Management or any relevant majors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Customer-focused with proactive problem-solving
  • Familiarity with sales processes and admin tasks
  • Adaptable and able to work independently
  • Have skill in Japanese (will be a plus point)

  • Full-time paid internship
