Job Description

  1. Uploading tax invoices to Government Tax System.
  2. Providing supporting data for invoices mitigation and detective control (DC).
  3. Receiving and doing a daily check of delivery notes from the transporter (soft copy via share point) and also keep and filling the hard copy DNs.
  4. Collecting and submitting data for new and current customers.
  5. Supporting administrative tasks (Internal Issue Sales Order, Proforma Invoice, and Credit & Debit Memo WorkOn creation request).
  6. Handling invoices and sending it to customers.
  7. Supporting department’s projects and events.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate students (min. S-1) from any major, preferably Management/Industrial Engineering/Business Administration.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Keen to learn and proactive.
  • Demonstrate leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
