About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and curious intern to join our People Team, supporting key initiatives in organisation design and people analytics. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in how companies shape their workforce structures and leverage insights from data to drive impactful business decisions.

Organisation Design:

  • Assist in reviewing and analysing current organizational structures and internal workforce data

  • Support the design and implementation of organisational effectiveness metrics and governance cadences

People Analytics:

  • Collect, organize, and analyse people-related data to uncover actionable insights

  • Contribute to the development of dashboards in HR tools or visualisations in platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to track key metrics

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and integrity

  • Generate meaningful reports to inform workforce planning, performance management, and talent strategy

  • Identify patterns and trends that support evidence-based decision-making

  • The start date is Jan 2026 for a 6 month’s internship - FULL TIME

About you

We seek enthusiastic candidates with the following skills and attributes:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business Analytics, or a related field

  • Interest in or prior experience working in HR, organisational strategy, or consulting environments

  • Strong analytical ability; proficient with data collection, organization, and reporting

  • Highly competent in Excel, including the use of advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data modelling techniques

  • Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in and familiarity with other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as in team settings

  • Curious mindset with a passion for learning and contributing

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment

  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach to work
