The Position

职位概述

该实习岗位主要负责协助收集、清洗多来源业务数据，并运用Excel等工具进行基础分析及报表维护；在指导下将数据转化为业务洞察，支持分析报告撰写；制作专业的PowerPoint演示文稿；同时参与标杆客户等项目，协助完成信息整理与跨部门协作支持.

任职要求

1. 学历背景：本科或研究生在读学生，专业不限。

2. 核心能力：

• 扎实的数据处理能力：精通Microsoft Excel（熟练使用函数、数据透视表、图表制作等），具备良好的数据敏感度和严谨性，能高效准确地进行数据整理和初步分析。

• 出色的逻辑思维能力：能够理解复杂信息，梳理清晰逻辑，并将其有效呈现。

• 熟练的幻灯片制作能力：精通Microsoft PowerPoint，能够制作结构清晰、视觉美观的幻灯片。

3. 关键素质：

• 积极主动，责任心强：对工作有热情，主动学习，能承担交付的任务并确保质量。

• 细致认真，注重细节：对数据准确性有高要求。

• 快速学习能力：能够快速理解医药行业和市场部基本知识。

• 良好的团队协作精神。

• 具有良好的应变能力，能够应对突发情况。

4. 优先考虑：

• 211及以上大学背景优先。

• 对医药行业，特别是眼科领域有兴趣者优先。

• 有相关实习经验（市场、数据分析、咨询等）者优先。
