Q-Sourcing Tanzania Limited is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, and South Sudan.

On behalf of our Tanzania based client, we are looking for a competent and experienced Finance Intern.  

POSITION IN THE ORGANISATION:

Location: Dar es salaam, Tanzania

WHO WE ARE:

The East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) project is a Midstream development located across Uganda and Tanzania that includes a nearshore Marine Storage and Export Terminal (MST). Once completed, the EACOP Company will operate the East African Crude Oil Pipeline, a 1,443 km long, thermal insulated crude oil export pipeline that transports oil from Kabaale - Hoima in Uganda to the Chongoleani Peninsula near Tanga Port in Tanzania for crude export to the international market.

AIM:

The EACOP internship and graduate programs focus on cultivating intern talent by providing hands-on experience and industry exposure. These programs support local content by engaging young professionals in various departments, enhancing their technical and professional skills. This initiative contributes to regional socioeconomic growth and ensures sustainable development within the East African energy sector.

 

SELECTION CRITERIA FOR INTERNSHIP PROGRAM:

·       Must be Tanzanian.

·       Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree program from recognized National Universities.

·       Must provide a letter from the university and a copy of a student ID.

·       Current academic scores must reflect a potential minimum of an upper second degree.

·       Must be available full-time for the duration of the Internship period.

·       Excellent verbal & numeracy skills and problem-solving ability.

·       Good communication skills and positive attitude.

·       Must write and submit an internship application letter.

·       Must be between the ages of 18–28.

·       Women are encouraged to apply.
