Position Overview:

The Finance Intern will have a unique opportunity to engage in a wide variety of finance functions that are critical to a global organization, including cash management, receivables and payables accounting (invoice sending, payments booking, relationship...), travel expenses management, local accounting for month and
year end closings, and auditors relationship.

Responsibilities:

  • Folders preparation based on KPMG request for revenue selection (invoice, contract or PO, delivery justification, payment’s checking...)

  • Follow-up file implementation for fuel usage expense concerning company cars and AEN calculation and redaction of a process

  • Travel expenses checking

Basic Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA

  • Must be able to lawfully work within France


Preferred Qualifications;

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Good PC skills – especially Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word. Experience with Microsoft Access, Oracle and Business Objects a plus.
