Job Summary:                      

• Assist the investment team in all investment-related matter in order to ensure the smooth running of fund management activities.
• Assist in the research of investable equities and fixed income credits for equities/fixed income department.
• Assist in the preparation of the monthly equity and fixed income meeting reporting to management and stakeholders.
• Assist the company in ad-hoc matters.
• Working/ supporting other departments to achieve the Company’s mission & goals.

What would you learn from this attachment?

• Understand investment research.
• Understand the environment of an asset /investment management firm.
• Understand the portfolio investment process from research, asset selection to portfolio construction, risk management and reporting.

What does it take to be an investment intern?

• Highly self-motivated and an effective team player.
• Ability to work independently under general supervision.
• Good written and spoken skills in English; fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin languages is an added advantage.
