Au sein du service Recherche & Développement (R&D), nous concevons et développons des produits techniques innovants destinés à un environnement industriel exigeant. Dans ce cadre, nous recherchons un(e) Alternant(e) Qualité Conception et Laboratoires R&D, afin de renforcer nos démarches qualité tout au long du processus de développement produit.

Missions

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Laboratoire R&D, vous participez activement aux activités de qualité développements et recherches :

Qualité conception et qualification produits

  • Accompagner les équipes projet sur les normes, standards et exigences qualité

  • Participer à la mise en œuvre et au suivi des outils qualité conception (AMDEC, plans de contrôle, PPAP, 8D, etc.)

  • Contribuer à l’approbation qualité des livrables projets

  • Vérifier la conformité des produits aux exigences clients

Analyse & résolution de problèmes

  • Identifier et documenter les non‑conformités

  • Apporter un support technique (analyses, essais, expertises produit)

  • Participer aux actions correctives et à l’amélioration continue

Suivi & reporting

  • Participer à la planification qualité des projets

  • Réaliser le reporting des activités qualité lors des revues projet

Audits & amélioration continue

  • Participer à des audits processus et/ou fournisseurs

  • Analyser les données qualité et proposer des axes d’amélioration

Profil recherché

Formation :

  • Bac+2/Bac+3 : BUT / BTS / Licence Mesures Physiques, Sciences de l’Ingénieur, Génie mécanique ou équivalent

  • En poursuite d’études Bac+5 (école d’ingénieurs ou master) en alternance

  • Intérêt pour la qualité, la R&D et les environnements techniques

  • Connaissances de base des outils qualité et des méthodes d’analyse

  • À l’aise avec les outils bureautiques (Pack Office)

  • Anglais technique Niveau B2 minimum
