Job Description:

This position is offered as a six-months internship.

The resource will support the operations team in managing shipments by air. You won’t be fully responsible yet, but you’ll learn the full process from booking to delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with shipment bookings with airlines
  • Prepare and check documents (Air Waybill, invoices, packing lists)
  • Support customs clearance processes
  • Track shipments and update clients or internal teams
  • Communicate with customers, warehouses, and carriers
  • Help resolve minor issues (delays, missing info, etc.)

Skills

  • Basic understanding of logistics / international trade (even from studies)
  • Good English
  • Knowledge of Excel and office tools
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
