We are primarily responsible for the financial management of the company and thus make a significant contribution to the strategic development and success of Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Austria. 

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Student Trainee (m/f/d) to join our 
Business Unit Finance team as soon as possible. 
 

Responsibilities:

• Support with business planning;

• Support with financial reporting and expense tracking;

• Preparation of presentations for the leadership team;

• Support with monthly/quarterly financial statements;

• Responsibility for small, independent projects;

• Interacting with business partners and other Finance colleagues internationally.

Qualifications:

• You are a student in the field of business, finance, economics, accounting or similar field of study with excellent academic results;

• You are interested in Finance & Controlling and have a good feeling for numbers;

• You demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to build and expand networks (internal and external) and enjoy contributing to a team;

• You work independently and are results, quality, and performance oriented;

• You have outstanding analytical and strategic thinking skills;

• You enjoy working in cross-departmental and interdisciplinary teams;

• You are fluent in English and ideally speak German;

• You have very good knowledge of all MS Office applications, particularly Excel.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine:n Praktikant:in Finance/Controlling (m/w/d) für unser Business Unit Finance Team.

Aufgaben:

• Unterstützung bei der Geschäftsplanung;

• Unterstützung im Finanzreporting und im Kosten- bzw. Ausgabencontrolling;

• Vorbereitung von Präsentationen für das Führungsteam;

• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Quartalsabschlüssen;

• Übernahme kleinerer, eigenständiger Projekte;

• Zusammenarbeit mit internen Business Partnern.

Qualifikationen:

• Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Finance, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Rechnungswesen oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs mit sehr guten Studienleistungen;

• Starkes Interesse an Finance & Controlling sowie ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis;

• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie Freude am Aufbau und an der Pflege von Netzwerken (intern und extern) und an der Arbeit im Team;

• Selbstständige, ergebnis-, qualitäts- und leistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise;

• Ausgeprägte analytische sowie strategische Denkweise;

• Freude an der Arbeit in abteilungsübergreifenden und interdisziplinären Teams;

• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil;

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse der gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel.
